Service
Sencillo™ Service is a team of technicians with years of experience and training in the troubleshooting of fluid pumping systems. They receive hundreds of hours of training in all aspects of the packaged pumping systems business, including mechanical, electrical, flow and pressure hydraulics, controls and communications. Their mission is to provide advice, coaching, assistance and support, so you keep your Sencillo™ system in operation.

System Design
With over 30 years of experience in the sizing of pumping systems, Sencillo™ Systems Design we can help with flow and pressure budgets, building load requirements, power requirements, alarm and building management communications options and talk you through every aspect of selecting and designing a pump system for your application.
You can also use the Sizing Application from this website to size your building pump system.
Warranty
Each Sencillo™ system comes with a full 12 month warranty on all parts. If your Sencillo™ System is under warranty, and you suspect something isn’t quite right, call us or call your local Sencillo™ distributor. We’ll make it right.
Manuals/Technical Data
If you own a Sencillo™ system, we have your O&M manual on file. Simply contact us and we’ll send it to you. The technical design specifications for your system also appear on the inside door of your control panel, along with contact numbers.
Spare Parts
The common spare parts you’ll need to keep your Sencillo™ system in operation appear on your touch screen, with part numbers. Call us or your local Sencillo™ distributor to obtain spare parts pricing and to place an order.
